Care Credit

Finance your procedure with CareCredit and pay over time, with easy, affordable monthly payments. CareCredit is specifically designed for medical expenses and provides flexible payment plans. They make it easy for you to get the treatments and procedures you need and offer a full range of No Interest and Extended Payment Plans. At Cutarelli Vision, we also offer Capitol One and Chase Health Financing. We are committed to providing you with the widest range of financing options, especially during the hard times. You can ask us about ZERO/ZERO/ZERO financing, with no payments or interest for 2 or even up to 5 years with no money down.

Insurance

Vision benefits vary from one health insurance plan to the next. Cutarelli Vision will help you determine the benefits offered under your plan. We accept most major insurance plans. Please call our office to determine if we can accept your insurance plan.

Flexible Spending Accounts

Many employers offer flexible spending accounts (also called a flexible benefits program) to help offset medical expenses. With a flexible spending account, you can use pre-tax dollars to pay for medical procedures, including LASIK. This can save you up to 50%. Check with your benefits manager at work to find out if your company offers flexible spending accounts.
