Clinical Research

Dr. Cutarelli's research activities include more than 15 FDA clinical trials for numerous excimer lasers used in refractive surgery and one of the earliest clinical trials studying LASIK, excimer lasers, and presbyopia treatments. He participated in the FDA clinical trials leading to development of Intacs and performed research for the National Eye Institute's study of refractive surgery.
